TOPIC: Reporting software for pool spa inspections?

I am thinking of adding pool and spa inspections to my list of inspections and was wondering if anyone has a comment on what type of software I should use or if home pro offers a template for this type.

What's a Pool and Spa??? Around here they're called Lakes and Ponds! (When they're not frozen).
