TOPIC: FHA - Health & Safety only Inspection...anybody have a template design?

I have done Home Inspection's for FHA loans....

I now have a request for a FHA, Health and Safety only Inspection.

Does anybody have some set items to check....

Or do I Have to create my own from scratch.

No I do not...

Not that hard to build from scratch. Just grab any existing template you have and chuck out the stuff you don't need, add the new and save as a different name. Or start with a clean slate and use the blank template that should be in the list.  I've done it both ways. Re-using and modifying an existing template is the quickest.
That saves all your standard "inspection conditions" stuff etc.

I'm an FHA Listed Fee Inspector as well but I do not do a "special" inspection for a normal purchase inspection, just the normal inspection I would do for any buyer. Just did one yesterday.

For the compliance inspections, I use their 92051 form and that's all, no "report" other than that.
Seems to satisfy the lenders just fine.
