TOPIC: New guy?s first attempt at report writing.

Hello everyone,
Hopefully this is the appropriate forum to place this. Can you look this over for me and provide feedback? Please take it easy on me. I want to hear the truth but keep in mind, this is the very first report I?ve ever done. Brand new to the business and this is a test run I did on a friends home. I know their is a lot missing as I only had a short window to do a mock inspection. Trying to get familiar with the software and learn how to generate a professional report.

Looks good for your first report! One suggestion I have is to take all your photos in landscape mode and set your camera to 4:3 mode instead of 16:9. This will make the images fill the space better (less white space) and make it easier for clients to read it.

I will try that for sure. I knew their was room for improvement with my pics. (and every other area as well)
