Should I add a section in the template to cover the guesthouse or generate a separate report for the guest house? I'm curious how others are doing it. Thanks. I have a separate template that includes outbuildings. It is the same as my regular template but it has separate tabs for:

1. Detached garage.
2. Garage / shop.
3. Garage / living space.
4. Detached studio.
5. Barn.

The detached studio and barn are strictly narrative with electrical, plumbing and general inspection. The areas that include a garage have the normal garage inspection and either a narrative for the shop or regular inspection items for the living space.
