TOPIC: Termite Inspection Form

Is there a way to create a template that will populate onto an existing PDF, such as the NPMA33 Wood Destroying Insect Form. I would like to be able to enter the information into HIP and have it show up on the PDF.

Currently, no. In version 5.6.7, there is the wdo-form.tpz which collects all the details of the NMPA-33 form, but it does not generate the existing form. But, it is acceptable for reporting, as it meets the reporting requirements.
