TOPIC: Property Investment Template.

I meet with a rather large property investment company today. They are moving into my area and need home inspections done on their new acquisitions. However, they do not want a full home inspection as they will have already walked the home and determined what upgrades they will be doing. They are mostly concerned with big ticket items. I was wondering if anybody else has done this and do they have a template that they may have used for something similar or may just have some good ideas for me on how to proceed. I have an internachi 4 point inspection template that I could easily modify or I can just build from scratch Any input would be well received and appreciated.

I've seen quite a few of these. Just use your residential template and set it to drop items you don't comment on. You'll end up with a report customized just to what you comment on.
