TOPIC: I/me vs us/we

I'd like to edit the Report Introduction to make it a bit more personal. I'm a solo inspector as I imagine most of us are. Wondering about changing "We appreciate..." to "I appreciate..." Does using "we/ us" make it sound like a bigger company? Thoughts please.

This is a good question and something that definitely varies on an inspector to inspector basis. Over the years I have seen more inspectors move away from using "I" but there's definitely still a lot that us it.
