TOPIC: Fire door template

Hi guys I have my first Fire Door inspection consisting of about 30 doors. I was looking at the template Dom provided from another user and I am uncertain of how to lay it out. That template appears to be set up for just one door. I think I can do one report for all the doors included instead of doing 30 reports. I just don't know how to change his template to do what I am wanting to. Does anyone have a fire door template that allows for doing all the doors in one report? It seems that it should be laid out to have a selection of a door with a description of location and then just choose the deficiency? Thank you very much. I will attach the template that I have.
