I saw another inspector's site that featured a little gizmo that calculated his fee for the client immediately, based on square footage over a certain size. I'd like to add a similar gadget to my site, with maybe two or three other variables, like crawlspace/no crawlspace, year built (slight upcharge added into fee the older the house). I'd want something I could change the multiplier in, so I could change rates as needed. Anyone know where I can get the code for this?
