When I click on the Sitemap link I receive this notice,

One or more problems were detected with your XML sitemap configuration:
The XML cached files are out of date and need to be regenerated. You can RUN CRON MANUALLY

And then there is a choice of two boxes to check

First box is URL

Second box is HIP

What does this mean?
