TOPIC: Radon Mitigation

I am trying to get my radon mitigation lisense in Illinois.  Along with passing the state test I need to turn in a Quality Assurance Manual and a section on Standard Operating Practices.  I have seen the generic examples that the state of Illinois has on the web, but does anyone else have any experience in this area?
