TOPIC: I want, I want, I want

I WANT to be able to pull up all inspections that have a particular AGENT involved.  I should be able to use the data I have input in order to keep track of possible issues with that agent, or even to see how many inspections I am getting from a particular agent.  I might decide to market differently to some.

Another search item would be by home size, age, or even date range.  (how many per month, year)

The data I am looking for is from the client information page, not portions of the report.(that is another discussion in and of itself)

You'll need to sign up for ISN to get this and other great data and features. HIP doesn't have a central database as we save every inspection in a totally separate file. It's a massive (as in months) to try and write something like this. Of course over half our users now use ISN which has all this and you've already given me a ton of things to add to the to-do list and I have no cookies!

I don't use ISN.  I don't want to use ISN.  I keep everything in house and want to keep it that way.

If it only takes months, that means it should be ready by Christmas?  Great time for cookies.
