		I don't know, it just kept saying it was not connecting to HomeInspectorPro. I have had this problem before but when I re-try it goes through. This time I tried several times until it finally went. I don't know if there is a problem on my end are just a problem with the internet.

		Ok, let me know if it happens again. From time to time I take the service down at night when I'm working on it but that wasn't going on when you posted.

		Ok thanks. I am using an air card with my laptop but I made sure I was connected to the internet so I do not think that was the problem. Hopefully it won't happen again.

		Aircards can be a problem if they don't have a solid signal. If any bytes are dropped the report will be rejected (so it's not accepting a corrupt file). Try to make sure you're in a good location.
