TOPIC: How to add a summary report/page to Texas-template 7-4

I need help creating a "Summary" page to the Texas template. I also need to be able to save information that will be there permanently "Addendum: Summary Report". Thanks in advance

You can turn the summary on/off under Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order.
