TOPIC: New Laptop

Good morning,

My Laptop is on its way out. The screen goes on and off whenever it wants to (possibly the motherboard).  I just received the new one. How do I go about getting HIP on the new one with all of my info. I did a search but couldn't find a post that covered my situation. I don't use the cloud. I email a pdf to my clients. I do have a back up of the program but I'm not sure what to do. Can I just transfer it from my hard drive to the new laptop?

You have to do a fresh install (of HIP) on the new computer and install the activation file. Then copy all your templates, documents, reports, ect, to the respective folders on the new computer.
