Macak Topic Author Offline Premium Member Posts: 121 Thank you received: 1	When I try to save the download of HIP4.9 update into HIP folder in Program Files x86, I get an error " you do not have a permission to access this folder" Never happened before. I am using Windows10, I am the only user, logged in with admin permission. Any easy solution ? Thanks Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Frank when you have urgent issues like this please call us or use the help desk. The message boards are not checked 24/7. They're more of a user to user forum, discussion, etc.

Save the download for 4.9 to your downloads folder. Don't save it to Program Files. Then run the installer.
