Marcel hi my friend, to tell you the truth some days I feel like S**t or like that part of the day. Other days I feel good or most of the day. I quit P.T. they had me on a treadmill that's it. I have a treadmill, they said I should do pool exercise they have no Pool, I have one so I was paying them $15.00 per session 3 times a week for what I can do at free at home.

Hi Dom  how you doing brother? My glucose levels are good now thanks, it is my back with the nerves pinched on the lower 4th and 5th I fired one Dr. and I go to see my new one Thursday morning. I am on Vicodin for pain and a few other meds for other things like BP.,diabetes,diabetes nerve pain which is different than the back pain..

Testing tomorrow for my Green Associates Certification, sure hope the hell I don't get a brain cramp.  ;D
