Just hope it is getting better buddy, that stuff will keep you high. 

Well Marcel I visited my Dr. today and I am improving I am using less of the Vicodin everyday. and the pain is not as often as it was but when I am in Pain you know. I am on the treadmill 3 times a week I do other exercises the other days plus workout in my swimming pool. I need to lose some weight and keep it off and that will help out a lot. The Dr. says if I follow what he has prescribed I should be ok and can postpone surgery that's the back part.  Now the Diabetic Neropholigy that is something I will have to live with the rest of my life the Lyrica is helping there. 

Glad to hear that it is getting better. My doctor always told me more than once that pain killers can be addictive even though medically they are not suppose to be.
Hopefully the therapy will help you. Sounds like that Doctor is better than your other one.
Good luck my friend. And it is to bad about the diabetes. Lots of people have it. Someday they will have a cure for that hopefully.
