It sure is a lot of duckets Marcel, I forgot to add this  EO. I am  covered on swimming pools spas,commercial,draw, foundation inspections and multiple inspectors. I am going to look for some thing a lot more economic.

I know some inspectors get the $1,000,000 coverage, what's up with the 2 million?

the 2 million is what it is set at, with the package where you have no size limit on commercial. The difference in 1 mill 2 mill was not that much..

After talking to a few that know in the industry they say most case or suits are settled for 3k to 4k so if thats the case the high dollar E O coverage is good only if they have to settle for a large amount. So if you want to play the odds? On that note what good is the agreement? what good is my LLC. ? A thing to think about when getting E O insurance is tail end coverage most the insurance you purchase only covers inspections claims made when you are actively covered by them performing inspections under them not what happen before or after policy time. You can be sued years down the road after a inspection and with no current tail end coverage your on your own...
