Right now I am just sending an email with my reinspection findings. I was thinkingh just a one or 2 page re inspection report with photos. I can use the original report for the client data.

I do not want to go thru an entire report to do the re inspection. Just the specifics that the agent and clients are asking for so there deal can be completed.

Wouldn't just a reinspection page on HIP be suficient. I know how to do that know. When you don't need it, don't print it. Something like that. 

Well, good afternoon all. Hell a phone call this morning. Previous client, wants new kitchen, living room hardwood, new hardwood in kitchen, the works. Worked there a month ago. Log Cabin.
Went shopping with her today from 9 till 3:30. Man, I love shopping when someone else pays.  ;D
Anyways, a few bucks for next week is in sight. Starting with the living room Hardwood. 4-1/4" Hickory flooring. Ceramic tile border around the wood stove.
Can't wait to start.

No, this one was broken floor beams, jacking floors, adding basement pipe columns.
I might wake up the relative next door that owns the Junk Yard house.
