With out going into great detail, PT lumber was used in a crawl space for a retaining wall, odviousely it is burried and I am not sure if I should call it out as a Condusive Condition. I think it is structural grade, ground contact rated, although I did not see a stamp. I called the local building suppplier and they do not stock and 4x12 treated that is not structural grade, ground contact rated, so it may be a safe bet to call it as such. Of coarse I turned in the report the day after my post (19th), but am curious how you would have made the call, coach?
