TOPIC: Formatting Documents

When creating new documents, how do you get the .pdf to generate the same spacing as the documents page.  I have double spaces between document paragrapghs, but some of spacing doesn't generate in the pdf.

Make sure you don't paste any text from Microsoft Word or any other programs as that will screw up the edit documents section. Paste any text into notepad first (Start->Programs->Accessories->Notepad) and then fron there into the program. With the document you're having a problem with, copy the content to notepad and then delete it, create a new document and paste it back. I noted that the document can only be one page long.
I had a list and it force crams all the list into one long paragraph to fit it on one pdf page.

You should be able to create documents longer than a page. Send a copy of the PDF to the help desk so we can see what you're seeing.

I notice that words that appear in a document do not trigger the glossary. I was hoping it would.
