		The video that I include in the report is fully accessible to me however the customers cannot play the video on some reason. I had few people complaining that they could not get the video working. I told them to save the report on their computers, to have the latest version of PDF reader, etc. They tried all this but still cannot access video. ???

		Hi Yuri, 
To play the videos in your report your clients must be using Adobe Reader. They can download it here get.adobe.com/reader/ The problem usually occurs when a different PDF reader is installed.  |
