TOPIC: Please check inspector credentials

Hi Guys, I am using the HIP wind mit app on my iphone. I am just getting started with the app but im having a problem. When i hit submit form it says submitting form to server and then a box pops up with "Please check inspectors credentials" Anyone know why this is happening or what im doing wrong? I have all my information filed out with my license number and company, Not sure what it could be.

Did you enter your username and password under Settings? Have you signed up for the HIP Cloud Service on our website?
