TOPIC: HIP Mobile / Data not syncing

Hello -

I'm just starting to play around with HIP Mobile. I'm able to upload to cloud and retrieve inspection onto my desktop; however, none of the data and images I entered show up.
Am I missing something? Any help appreciated.

Hi Scott,

Make sure you click Open Inspection and select it after downloading the inspection to your desktop.
