TOPIC: Radon reporting with 1028?

I am having trouble figuring out how to do radon reporting with HIP.  Is there a HIP Radon Report template?  How do I transfer the data from my Sun Nuclear 1028 to the report?  How do you guys do it? Thanks in advance

It kind of depends on what you want to include Aaron, but your basic options are to either create a template and manually transcribe the data in to HIP or to convert your 1028 report to a PDF and combine it with the HIP report PDF.  Am I talking in tongues or do you follow??
