How do I change my password?

Hi Josh,

If you forgot your HIP account password, you can reset it.
1. Go to www.homeinspectorpro.com/
2. Click on "Forgot Login?"
3. Check "Lost Password"
4. Complete the on-screen fields and click Send Password
You'll receive an email at the address on file with a new temporary password. This password can be changed once logged in by going to "User Menu" --> Account information ---> Edit (drop down)---> Update Your Profile.
Please be sure to update the password on the mobile and on the desktop client (Internet > HIP Login Information).
