is there a way to create a summary of the inspection without snap-shoting or copy and paste? I do a 30 page inspection but it has come up from some customers to just give them a summary of things wrong.

Go ahead and generate the inspection like normal then, use a PDF print driver to print just the summary section to a separate file.
