When I'm highlighting a line in a panel with my mouse, sometimes it toggles on and then off again in a flash, making me then click it again. It appears that as long as my mouse button is down and the mouse is moving even a slight amount, the line toggles rapidly and doesn't usually end up in the state I want it in (highlighted or not). This phenomenon occurs to other lines if I move the mouse up and down also. This is a real nuisance and I was wondering if it happens to anyone else?

Not that I've ever heard of. It could be related to your mouse sensitivity settings. Try adjusting them in the Windows control panel to be a bit less sensitive. Check the double click timing too.

Sadly, nothing the control panel changes it. It happens when I use my touch pad also.

Give the office a call so they can take a look with you.
