TOPIC: HIP photo issues/questions

Hey guys does anyone have a "best" way to collect photos with Home Inspector PRO mobile? I have watched the tutorials but am unable to open my gallery as shown. That option is not given to me. I have a Windows Desktop linked to an ipad and iphone. I also have use of a digital camera with a wireless memory card. My issue is that I cannot seem to upload multiple photos or access my gallery to choose photos to include in my narrative. I am dead in the water! Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Are you trying to insert photos you're taking directly with HIP mobile or photos you're taking with a separate camera? Most inspectors click the camera icon and take their photos directly with the mobile app in the section that they're in.
