TOPIC: Dark Photos

Hello. Recently ( the past month or so) When I take a photo within the HP app, the photos are very dark, sometimes black, it takes me a few shots just to get something to even show up. It's not my phone because it only does it when I am using the app. I know I can use a flashlight but I shouldn't have to when it's plenty light enough. Mostly happens when taking close up photos, I use a newer Android. Is there a setting in the app to fix this? Thank you in advance.
