TOPIC: changing header colors on template

Maybe a silly question, but I'm new to the software. I can't find it in tutorials, or I'm not looking in the right place. I want to change the header colors in my default report, which I named "Mike's Template". It looks like I have to change them individually on each report? If I open "Mike's Template", go to formatting, it's not changing them. If I select "Open Template", and change them, save template, it's not taking. What am I doing or not doing?

It's under Report Settings->Options to set the default (also used for color). Then go to Report Settings->Section Color & Print Order to set them individually or click Reset to set them all the same as the cover. Make sure to then save the template and start a new inspection (changes won't reflect on older templates, only currently open and new).
