I would like to edit and use the Texas template as my default template. The problem I'm having is when I uncheck "Use the Texas formate cover page" it takes away the ratings key at the top of each page. I do like the Inspected, Not Inspected, Not Present, Deficient rating key and would like to include it in my inspections.Can anyone help?

Report Settings->Options->Item Options to disable the indent feature. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Note: BBcode and smileys are still usable.
