TOPIC: Template Overwrite

Is it possible to save a template over an existing one? I created "Typical Residential". If I make some changes, add notes, then click "Save Template", I select my "Typical Residential", and upload the newly saved template to Cloud. Now when I go to Mobile, there are two "Typical Residential", and I have to figure out which one is newest.
Can it simply be overwritten, or do I need to change the name, i.e, "Typical Residential 2", then delete the old one?

I have had the same issue .. seems like you will need to rename new one or delete the old one before you upload the new one

Hmm, you should only be able to upload 1 template with the same name, the second should replace the first. Did you have a different file name on them?

No. It's the same file name. Once I had 3 "Mike's Templates". So I changed it to say "Typical Residential". If I Edit that template, then go to save it, it asks which one. I then just select Typical Residential. Now I will have 2 with the same name. The prompt even says "overwrite existing?". But i still wind up with two or more. My work around is to keep changing to 1,2,3, etc with each time I make changes. Then I can just delete the previous ones.

Call into the office on Monday so one of my guys can go through this with you and figure out what's going on.
