TOPIC: Template submission for opinions

I haven't used this yet and its not quite done.  Its meant to be more of a room by room template which might work better for those of us using devices.  Let me know what you guys think.

looks good . I do the same this .. itemize kitchen and baths and everything else in generally added ... there is a huge update coming out for HIP Mobile that will help you with duplicating sections and renaming so you wont have to put location this will look better in the summary . but what you have now works...
