On every page it say "submitted by admin on XXX" how do I remove that?

Themes->Configure (at the top of the page), uncheck all the boxes on the right. I suggest leaving Blog checked.

Can I add a picture to the top blue bar. If so how can I do it.

Add it to a block assigned to the header. I see you're #2 on Google for Big Bear. Congrats!

Even though I'm #2 on google I still don't get much calls. Sometimes I'm #1 and sometimes #2. But its always against annettekarnes.com. She is a realtor in this area. I tried google places. I did the right info twice and got a pin in the mail but still it doesn't come up.

Not sure how else to do it. What do you recommend?

Put a link here in your signature and make sure you're exchanging links. Both are important. There isn't a ton of transactions going on up the hill so what you get will always be proportional to what's going on. As the market picks up you'll get even more.
